worst service ever, do not trust this company. druggist and fake company

Worst movers ever. First the company runs on trust and these movers were total rip off. I booked for 45 cubic meter truck but they sent 35 cubic meter truck. The customer service person was so rude and didnt accepted that its not 35 cubic meter despite sending her measurement which we personally did by our measuring tape. Then the two helper they sent were druggist. They were on weeds before and came were even fighting with each other during the moving. The guy were so slow and not at all cooperative and kept on picking all light item and left all heavy item for us to pick. They were damn slow that i have to call 3 of my friends to help me out. Total rip off. Never ever book them.

Andrea, Bill and Ziggy were awesome, communicating (which is important) what they were doing & ensuring the furniture, boxes, etc. were packed securely. They had to wait for approx an hr though for extra blankets. This was their commitment to ensure the furniture and whiteware were not damaged. They also ensured the unloading was done efficiently, cracking joked & made the move seem effortless and less stressful. This was a blessing especially after a very bad experience I had the previous day with the obnoxious 'boss' of another moving company: 'Right' or should I say 'Wrong' choice called Jass or J, and resulted in my telling him to unload my stuff. I felt sorry for his employees though because they felt threatened and it is highly likely they were not going to be paid and would have the loss of earnings from the job deducted from their wages. (Refer: Review under Right Choice). You never know who you are going to get but the guys: Andrea, Bill and Ziggy were Fantastic.
