Astoundingly inept. Confirmed a pick-up time from a Trade Me seller on Sunday morning (I was the one being delivered to ). After more than an hour late, driver's phone still going to voicemail. Both seller and I LIED to by dispatcher for 3 hours. First, "Sorry, he's just 20 minutes away" - 1 hour later - "Look, he's only three minutes away"... finally "Oh, he was never coming because his battery got stolen so you'll need to find someone else". Unfrickingbelievable. Can't rate low enough.

Extremely friendly and professional service from Julia on the telephone. We had a small hitch with the charge but this was sorted out promptly. We will definitely use Transfervans again especially for items that wont fit in a motor vehicle.

They were meant to turn up between 10am - noon, and at 11.30 I had to phone to follow up, but assured they were coming. At about 12.45 they messaged to say they were an hour away. They finally arrived about 1.45, but fortunately, it got better. The company sent 3 guys, although one was in training. The training guy only broke one thing, but the other 2 guys were friendly and efficient. Although behind schedule the move went pretty efficiently.
