I have to say the service from Transworld has been phenomenal – communication, care & support has been so great through a really stressful time for me, even though my shipment was small I felt very valued. The guys who came over to pick up the gear were extremely polite, friendly, helpful and considerate. I endeavour to recommend you to anyone who ever needs your services, and hope to use them again myself. I don’t normally give out 5 stars reviews but Transworld certainly deserves it.
Using Transworld initially was pretty good, however when our coffee machine was damaged I can only say dealing with the "Managing Director" was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Never use this company to move any items EVER! Certainly do not be fooled by the insurance cover they ask you to take out to cover any "broken items"; it's not worth the poor paper it's written on! In short, avoid this company like COVID19!
We have now used Transworld International Removals twice to ship our family heirlooms and paintings from France to New Zealand and have been very pleased with the efficient and friendly service. Sandra Stojanovikj assisted us both times and she always replied to our emails promptly and gave us good advice. We felt that she really cared. We will definitely recommend Transworld. Thanks again!
Utterly DREADFUL. 8 months on still fighting £25,000 worth of damage due to terrible packing. Packers inexperienced with woefully inadequate materials. Ive wept buckets of tears. Dreadful experience which keeps on taking. Dont be fooled!

This company moved us from Whangarei to Brisbane and some of it made it in one piece. $5000 damage to our classic car. $3500 bed destroyed etc etc. No explanation/report on how things were damaged or apology for that matter. Absolutely hopeless.
I strongly caution people not to use Transworld. Many items were damaged or broken. When the shipment arrived items were missing. I feared they had been lost/stolen until Transworld advised me they had them in Auckland. There were no systems in place to advise me that this was a possibility or at the time they failed to be placed in the container. These items eventually arrived 6 months after the initial packing. Both sets of delivery men in the USA voiced strong opinions about the poor quality of the packing. One bike had a single piece of corrugated cardboard taped around a small portion of the frame. Items of furniture could not be assembled because parts had not been secured and lost. A key that was taped to a filing cabinet was used to lock the cabinet and then the key was not packed. One of the delivery men said Transworld had a poor reputation internationally.
Sandra and Chloe are the best!! My boxes from Auckland arrived at my England home today. I just wanted to write and say how magnificent you have both been with communicating with me through the process. The process in Auckland was fantastic! So many questions I asked were answered with super efficiency and consideration. I really, really appreciate what was done for me.
