The actual movers were good and honest guys. But the office management and fees are dishonest. Would stay away from them. Dishonest management and sales letting their team down. Happy to give anyone feedback who wants it but don't use this company.

I have moved offices and house to and from Australia to NZ, within NZ, wellington to Auckland and now within Auckland. This company were the worst. They turned up late, they hit the gate on the way out. Reversed in no problem but couldn't drive out. I specifically mentioned a treadmill upstairs and probably three guys. They turned up with two guys and left the treadmill there. What was I supposed to do with it. Office said I never said upstairs, showed in writing I did. They offered to come and pick it up with a third guy for $250+GST. They then stated a date didn't turn up and then wanted to charge me $300. Know idea why the increase in price or explanation for something they agreed to pick up and was specifically listed as a heavy item. Disgusting please don't use these guys some of reviews that are positive are written by employees. There own website states 1,000 positive comments, which out of 10,000 deliveries is not that great.

I've used this company twice and both times they've provided awesome service, from administration to the actual team moving our stuff. I'd have to problems hiring them again.

This moving company came to my rescue when the company I had booked cancelled on me after they were running 1.45 late. Auckand Budget Movers turned up within 30 mins and moved me within 2 hours. They were friendly, efficient and worked so fast. The young men who came in were just great.
