Worst experience ever in 2016. I booked these guys to move my house full from Rotorua to Tauranga When the day came and they were late I rang to ask about it and they told me they had previouslyrang me to say they needed to reschedule with me. ABSOLUTE bollocks Had never heard a word of any issue. I was completely abandoned on the day I had to be out of my rental The fella on the phone didn't seem to be particularly bothered either 0/5

Hi, I have used Dave & his boys for two moves now. Nothing was too much trouble and nothing was broken or damaged in any way. They were helpful and cheerful so made a stressful time much less stressful. Thanks.

Never would I recommend this company. After booking for 7.30am, the night before they ring and tell us they "have an issue" and won't be there till 12.30. Issue my foot. They double booked. They then, knowing we had a 3 bedroom house lot, sent us a truck that would have fitted a 2br unit if it was lucky. So we had to wait another hour to get them to bring a trailer - and had to pay a friend $300 to bring what they couldn't. But wait! There's more! The damage to the furniture was reprehensible. An antique dining table had gouges out of the lower leg, I watched my rimu headboard become unuseable when the shifter casually let it fall onto the stones of the driveway. My butcher block - a real one! - had a gouge out of the side of it. Everything was put out for them to make it quick and easy - yet they ended up having to work over the top of the people shifting in ... never again and as my daughter who lives in Tauranga said, "Mum, if I'd known you were going to use them, Id have said No!"

They were great. Understanding when we had to wait for our delayed settlement and worked with us to get the move done.

I was very disappointed in the way that I was treated by the management of this company. I went with them because they advertised that they would cling wrap all valuable furniture (I noticed that this has now been removed from their advertisement) the straps have damaged a lot of our pieces but they don’t want to know about it! Made promises to help correct this damage but never followed through. After many requests to correct this, emails were ignored
