Thought they were quite good on the day - only one box of glasses broken but discovered some items went missing from a drawer that had been taped shut. Followed up but was told they trusted their team so it was my fault, that I should have kept the items with me. Disappointed as only thought about breakages, not items goibg
Wrote a Google Review two months ago. We were planning on taking this business to small claims tribunal, but have not as yet, due to other issues happening in our lives. It says a lot when the business owner and their employees have to give themselves five stars. Dennis is a scammer. He purposely underquoted and then we were charged an extra $850 for our move. Several items were broken or damaged and we had paid for insurance. It's been months and we still have not been paid out. The insurance is a scam, it's not underwritten by anyone, it's just Dennis trying to make some extra money and not pay out.
Very happy with Les Price. The only breakage was attributed to my sister's packaging, but everything that was done to protect the household goods was done. He answered my calls, got back to me and gave me a very good deal. He said he would be there around lunchtime and did not appear until 5ish - I've had this happen before with other movers so not sure if that's okay or not. Given the price my sister and myself were very happy with the move. :-)
Amazing company. They were able to give me a quote over the phone, a date and time for collection and boom - everything was sorted. I cannot recommend them more, they were totally superb!
