Clearly, we should have read these reviews before approaching this company. Admittedly, there was a lot to pack, but it was quite obvious that we were charged for a lot of packing material that was never used. When I complained, we were given a refund of $50, whereas at least $200 would probably have been more appropriate - but how can you be sure, and what can you do?It will take us weeks to sort everything out, but to add insult to injury we have discovered that we have also been left with several boxes of someone else's torn-up newspapers and old bottles to dispose of.A very expensive exercise.Never again!
