Don't use a2baymovers unless you want your stuff scuffed up and ruined, as well as not get everything moved you were quoted for. Pretty much everything that I had not packed in boxes has inherited scuffs and scratches, new and old. Not to mention everything is filthy dirty with black grim. Thankfully I had covered our beds and mattresses with plastic of which I might add he complained about as it makes them slippery. He didn't seem happy about anything right from the get go... I initially laughed off his critical comments but it wore thin. On moving day he couldn't fit everything in, he also changed the plan to deliver the next day and delivered same day which meant he was there before I stepped foot into my new home, everything was in the wrong place and he allowed a local to help unload which on a professional level is not OK! I sent him feedback via email a couple days later and sent some photos.. No response!
