DO NOT USE - total negligence in packing, and items were broken. Refused to pay full repair costs and then refused to communicate in settling an insurance claim. Shocking service, communication and care of items.

Prompt, efficient, reliable, courteous, and much more cost-effective than the alternatives I investigated. It was just a small job - one piece of furniture from Whangarei to Hamilton. The truck driver even thought to avoid damaging the trees in my drive. I wasn't surprised by this experience because I have used the same company twice before when moving the whole household from Wellington to Havelock North in 1989 and from Havelock North to Hamilton in 1992, got the same excellent service both times. It really pays to stick with experienced, long-established companies.
