What a fabulous service from start to finish. Our package was picked up, pack and couriered to us overnight. The packaging was better than expected and more than adequate to protect our device. I can't speak highly enough about the efficient and friendly service we received. We will be recommending you to everyone.
Terrible service, would NOT recommend. They collected a valuable neon artwork to send to the UK but broke it before they even packed it. And then refused to pay for its replacement, offering only 10% of its value. They didn’t ask me to complete any forms and didn’t say that it wasn’t insured. Had to fight to even get a direct response from Matthew Everest the CEO. Definitely wouldn’t advice anyone to use them.
These guys are just legendary. I wouldn't go anywhere else. they pull out all the stops to be helpful and are very reasonably priced.
I only send my art with pack and send Queenstown. I have never had any problem. The staff are great and keep me informed at all times
i wanted to send a box to china to my gf. I paid 234 NZD for a box that weight a little more than 2 kg with the packing and a few other things for her. when they write the consignment note the description of the good in the box is quantity 1, description gift, silver, value 0 $. they was 7 item in the box for a value of more than 600$. the necklace was pink gold not silver. so first i would get fuck if anybody stoled something from the box. my mistake i send it at the 29th of February. The 5th of March. DHL in China would not let the box through as the description of the content and what they saw on the scan do not fit. make the story short as i run out of space. the box had to come back. no refund nothing from pack N send, just give me back my box. they make me waste 234 $ for something i asked if it was possible or not.. which they assured me they could do it.
